Bawdsey Radar Museum Volunteers doing their bit for the environment.

The museum is surrounded by trees. New trees – whips, young trees – have been planted in the picnic area in mixed groups of oak, wild cherry, field maple, hornbeam & hazel. They will provide shade, valuable homes for wildlife and replacements for trees that may need felling.

Thank you to John and the team who planted these trees, they will make such a good addition to the grounds around the Transmitter Block for visitors, volunteers and wildlife!
