Salford University Professor visits Bawdsey Radar

A recent visitor to Bawdsey Radar was Professor Nigel Linge, Professor of Telecommunications at Salford University.  He was in the county to give a lecture entitled ‘The Evolution of the Communications Satellite’ at the University of Suffolk.  He and his fellow professors: Honorary Visiting Professor George Williamson and Visiting Professor Andy Sutton were given a guided tour of the Transmitter Block.
